3. Payment

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the address you provide. Delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns. However, if your poster arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

You may use our design tools only for personal, non-commercial purposes. All design templates and website content are owned by Map Custom.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure a smooth experience, but we are not liable for:

• Mistakes in the map location if submitted incorrectly
• Delays in shipping outside our control
• Losses due to unauthorized use of our services
